Moderation and reporting policy

This policy covers reports, decisions and appeals. It complements the Terms of use.
1. Company onboarding
- The company receives an invitation, submits its registration and accepts the terms.
- The registration is published immediately, without prior review. Anyone can report a company. Non Ducor reviews every report and may warn, suspend or remove the company.
2. Non Ducor Seal
The Non Ducor seal marks companies recognised by Non Ducor. A company asks for it with the "Ask for the seal" button in its dashboard or at contato@nonducor.com.br. If the request is declined, it can ask again 15 days later.
3. How to report
Report a company that lies about itself or breaks the terms with the "Report" button on its page. The reasons are:

A description is required. For "Goes against the site's values", you must also send evidence: links to or quotes from public statements by the company itself.
A report counts only after you confirm the link sent to your e-mail.
A report is a claim under review, not a fact, and does not appear on the company's page.
4. Confidentiality of the reporter
The company receives the reason, the description and, if any, a message from Non Ducor. It never sees who reported it. The reporter receives only the outcome, by e-mail.
5. The company's answer
- When the report is accepted for review, the company is notified by e-mail and answers once in its dashboard, by the deadline stated in the notice (usually 7 calendar days).
- The company stays in the catalog during the review. For reports of scam or of offensive or illegal content, it may be suspended while the review continues.
- Without an answer by the deadline, the report is decided without it.
- The number of reports decides nothing.
6. Decision
Every decision comes with a written justification:
- Report dismissed: nothing changes. If the company was suspended because of this report, it returns to the catalog.
- Warning: the company stays in the catalog and is notified.
- Removal from the catalog: the registration leaves the catalog. The CNPJ may also be blocked from new registrations.
7. Appeal
The company may appeal once against a warning or removal, in its dashboard, within 15 calendar days after the decision. The appeal may uphold or reverse the decision. A reversed removal returns the company to the catalog and lifts the CNPJ block.
