Terms of use

These are the rules for using Non Ducor (nonducor.com.br). By registering a company or submitting a report, you agree to them, to the Moderation and reporting policy and to the Privacy notice.

1. What Non Ducor is

Non Ducor is a catalog of companies that value freedom. It is a personal, community project, not a company. Anyone can browse the catalog without an account, and Non Ducor does not ask for or keep the political views of visitors.

2. Registering a company

Registration works by invite: a single-use link with an expiry date, which may not be sold. Each CNPJ has a single listing.

Only register a company if you can represent it. By registering, you state that the CNPJ is valid, that the information is true and that the company may use the logo and texts you send.

The listing is published at once, with no prior review.

3. Company content

Each company is responsible for what it publishes: description, values, logo, address and contacts. The statement of values belongs to the company, not to Non Ducor.

4. Prohibited uses

Do not use Non Ducor to:

  • discriminate against job candidates, customers or suppliers;
  • publish offensive or hateful content, or content that violates the rights of others;
  • run scams, impersonate another company or use someone else's CNPJ;
  • send false or mass reports against a company;
  • collect data from the site to send unsolicited messages.

5. Reports and removal

Anyone can report a company that lies about itself or breaks these terms. The company answers in its dashboard by the deadline in the notice, usually 7 days. Non Ducor may warn or remove the company, which may appeal once within 15 days. For reports of scam or of offensive or illegal content, the company may be suspended during the review. The details are in the Moderation and reporting policy.

Going against the site's values only leads to removal based on the company's own public statements: its website, its official social media or partners speaking on its behalf. Rumors, third-party opinions and employees' personal posts are not enough.

6. Non Ducor Seal

The Non Ducor seal marks companies recognised by Non Ducor. To ask for it, use "Ask for the seal" in your dashboard or write to contato@nonducor.com.br. After a refusal, the company may ask again after 15 days.

The seal does not mean that Non Ducor has verified the statement of values, who manages the listing or the quality of products and services. It is not shown while the company is suspended or removed. Companies without the seal stay in the catalog.

7. Deleting your account

Ask for your account to be deleted in your dashboard, under "Request account deletion", or by e-mail. Companies with no other manager leave the catalog. What is deleted and what is kept is in the Privacy notice.

8. No guarantees

Non Ducor is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous operation. It is not responsible for what companies publish or for business between visitors and companies.

9. Changes

These terms may change. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
