Privacy notice

Effective: October 31, 2026

This notice says what data Non Ducor keeps, for how long and who receives it. Questions and requests: contato@nonducor.com.br.

1. What we keep

Visitors. We do not ask you to register. The statistics are only anonymous counts and do not keep your IP. The location used in "Near me" is not kept.

Protection against abuse. To block abuse, technical connection data, such as the IP, is kept for a short time.

People who manage a company. Name, e-mail and language, for login and notices. The password is kept in a way that does not allow recovering it. The company name, description, values, logo, contacts and address (full or only the city) are public. The CNPJ and the legal name are not published.

People who report. E-mail, text, evidence and a code derived from the IP (never the IP). The e-mail is used to confirm the report and to share the outcome.

People who send feedback. The message and the e-mail, if you give it.

2. Who sees the data

Only Non Ducor administrators see the data that is not public. The reported company never sees who reported it or the evidence. We do not sell data and do not use advertising or tracking.

3. External services

We use external services to host the site, store files, send e-mails, locate addresses on the map and look up public CNPJ data during registration. Each one receives only what that task needs. Your browser loads nothing from third parties. Donations happen in your wallet, and Non Ducor keeps nothing about them.

4. How long we keep it

  • Account and company data: until the account is deleted.
  • Login session: up to 14 days.
  • Data of people who report and response attachments: at most 12 months.
  • Feedback: 12 months.
  • Technical connection data: up to 7 days.
  • Backups: deleted data may stay in them for a few days.

5. Cookies

Only necessary cookies: one keeps the session and protects the forms (gone when you close the browser), one keeps you logged in (up to 14 days, only if you choose) and one stores the language (1 year). None for analytics or advertising.

6. Your requests

To delete your account, ask in the dashboard or write to contato@nonducor.com.br. The account is deleted, and the companies that only you managed leave the catalog.

7. Changes

The effective date at the top shows the version of this notice in force.
